**Testing & Commissioning Engineer**:
**Mobility is the goal***:

- Adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company.
- Follow installation and quality procedures of the company.
- Must follow schedule & the Installation procedures of the company.
- Operates elevator to determine power demands at various car speeds.
- Ensure the quality checks & standards are applied on product.
- Use of PPE’s as per the installation procedures and the risk assessment
- Responsible for the maintenance of his PPE’s (Personal Protection Equipment)
- Inspects and adjusts installed freight and passenger elevators and escalators to meet factory specifications and safety codes, using hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Adjusts mechanism of doors, using hand tools.
- Inspects car hoist way and mechanical installations for alignment and clearance.
- Tests power consumption and line voltage changes of motors and motor-generator sets under no-load and full-load conditions to detect overload factors, using tachometer, voltmeter, and ammeter.
- Adjusts counterweights and regulates controls to compensate for power overload.
- Inspects wiring connections and control panel hook-ups and adjusts switches to meet specifications for gap and timing.
- Tests and adjusts safety controls, such as brakes and governors.
- Turns valve or pushes switches to adjust pump pressures, fluid levels, and power supply on hydraulic units of elevators.
- Compile service reports to verify conformance of each unit to prescribed standards.
- Handover the unit with installation team to client

**Mobility needs you***:
A. Education/Experience:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Electronics
- Between 4-6 years of experience in same field

B. Knowledge/skills:

- Read and understand electrical and mechanical lay out drawings.
- Able to adjust, test & commission all elevators.
- Assist project team in third party inspections, client and consultant inspections.
- Trouble shooting skills.
- Onsite technical coaching skills
- Proficiency in electrical equipment and testing tools and equipment.
- Identify product quality and product safety deviations and fix permanently.
- Final adjustments of mechanical and electrical installation
- Prepare reports and track material status
