Responsible for identifying potential vendors and technologies that can be used to develop innovative solutions for the organization.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the proposed solutions meet their needs and requirements and provide technical support during the sales process.
- Collaborate with the Innovation Solutions Architect and Business Innovation Specialists to identify potential vendors and technologies that can be used to develop innovative solutions for the organization.
- Assess vendor solutions and pricing and recommend the best options to the Innovation Solutions Architect and Business Innovation Specialists.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure proposed solutions meet their needs.
- Provide technical support during the sales process, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof of concepts.
- Develop proposals and pricing models for proposed innovation solutions, working closely with the Innovation Solutions Architect and Business Innovation Specialists.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other external partners to support innovation efforts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies that can be effectively integrated into the company's solutions.
- Collaborate with the Innovation Solutions Architect to ensure vendor solutions are integrated and aligned with the overall architecture.

**Technical Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as Presales Engineer, System Engineer, or Innovation Specialist.
- Strong technical skills and experience with IoT and smart city solutions, software development, cloud computing, and enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Certification in business analysis, project management, or other relevant fields may also be advantageous.
- Experience in vendor selection and pricing for proposed solutions.

**Education**:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering.
