**Engineering Managers **for one of our partners, a very well-known Company.

**Job Summary**:
As an Engineering Manager, you'll use your experience and expertise to lead a team of skilled software engineers focused on building large-scale cloud-based financial systems. Working alongside product and design teams, you'll create an innovative and inclusive culture that supports and motivates your team to achieve their best work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of talented software engineers to deliver world-class solutions that meet business and customer needs, using Golang /Python to architect and design large-scale, cloud-native financial systems.
- Use your deep technical expertise to guide and mentor the engineering team, inspiring them to continuously innovate and improve.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define and deliver compelling solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Develop and implement engineering standards and guidelines to ensure high-quality, scalable software development across the organization.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, championing agile methodologies and ensuring fast and efficient delivery of software products.
- Implement tools and processes to enable operational efficiency, monitoring, and security.
- Lead by example and actively promote a safe, collaborative, diverse, and agile company culture, inspiring others to embrace our values while driving team performance and growth.

**Requirements**:

- Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture, including microservices, event-driven architecture and experience building scalable, fault-tolerant systems for high-volume transactional environments.
- Expertise in modern software engineering best practices, including architectural design, code reviews, and test-driven development, with a strong ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve excellence.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with product and design teams to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure and/ or GCP), with experience using deployment tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
