**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
Diagnostic Lead leverages scientific, diagnostic and clinical test experience that will make an impact within a large, global pharmaceutical company to help ensure understanding of the diagnostic environment, gather insights, and develop diagnostic strategies.

Additionally, he will be in charge of ensuring the timely, high quality in-market companion/complementary diagnostics and testing solutions to enable optimal patient identification and treatment throughout the patient journey. It includes providing insights into the core cross-functional team, interacting with key HCPs.

An important element of the role is therefore to develop diagnostic strategies & tactical plans and establish long-term partnerships with relevant Oncology stakeholders & decision makers in the complex Oncology ecosystem, based on a deep scientific understanding of diagnostic tests and the clinical operational issues on the testing pathway.

Diagnostic Lead is to work in appropriate coordination with the cross-functional team to have diagnostic understanding and deliver education as appropriate to internal and external stakeholders and execute on tactical plans with scientific expertise of the testing environment and disease/biomarker to help support clinical and diagnostic questions to facilitate optimal testing, removal of barriers and advance the scientific development of appropriate testing solutions as needed.

**Minimum Criteria and Competencies**
- Education, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Previous experience in Diagnostic is a must
- Bio-Science Bachelors degree
- Experience of at least 5 years in medical Affairs function within a pharmaceutical industry
- Extensive experience in relationship and stakeholder management
- Project management experience Key personal capabilities
