- Ensure resourcing processes are monitored, and adhered to. Suggesting changes where necessary in line with continuous improvement.
- To undertake project work and policy development work as directed and guided by the Line Manager
- To provide expert and professional advice on specialist resourcing issues
- Develop an excellent working relationship with functional specialists (if applicable) within the business
- Develop effective relationships with hiring managers/HR teams - identify their needs and provide feedback on the success of filling jobs
- Qualify job specification/salary information and ensure accurate and comprehensive job description is received - check info/hotel requirements in line with key processes and legislation
- Represent Hilton Egypt and network internally and externally
- Act as point of contact for all Assistant Head of Department and above roles within the allocated area
- To actively develop a divisional Talent Bank for all roles in your specialist function.
- Ensure required reports are generated within the required timeframes
- Ensure sufficient assessments take place on a regular basis, and sufficient assessors are available at each
- The need to travel based on business requirements is in line with budget control.
- Ensuring the I.D. verification process is carried out, ensuring that all new starts are eligible to work in Egypt and that Hilton Hotels are not put at risk of breaking work permit laws
- Conduct timely review meetings with the line manager to report progress and resolve issues
- Communicate timely and effectively with Recruitment Consultants
- To help on defining the task force teams for our future openings based on the hotel nature and needs
- To provide support to the Talent Management facility, including the production and co-ordination of training material in relation to Talent Acquisition matters.
- To support the internal talent reviews/succession planning within the specialist area
- To ensure the usage of appropriate head-hunting/social recruiting methodologies
- Be able to provide businesses with relevant information on external talent in competitor businesses/hotels
- Attend regular/relevant network events/activities
- Assist with the recruitment of Talent Acquisition employees
- Manage performance and conduct in line with company ER requirements for Recruitment Consultants
- The post holder may, from time to time, be required to carry out other duties provided they are within the general level of responsibility of the duties set out above and within the abilities of the post holder
- Manage own PDP
- Any other reasonable requests from Line Managers

**Requirements**:

- Solid level of Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Graduate Member of CIPD (could be an asset)
