**Purpose of the Job**

The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Human Resources Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Schedule and conduct initial screening telephone interviews and/or face-to-face interviews.
- Administer professional tests to prospective applicants
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
- Create and monitor key HR metrics and reports, including time to fill, time to hire and source of hire.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; on online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
- Perform reference and background checks for potential employees.
- Write and forward rejection letters.
- Conduct exit interview and prepare exit interview analysis
- Receive the hiring documents in order to finalize the job offer
- Monitor the performance of the hired employee in their probation period
- Participate effectively and professionally in Salary Survey and Market salary research activities.

**Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of professional experience.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent speaking/writing of English and Arabic.
- Recruiting, Interviewing Skills, People Skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Judgment, Detail-oriented, and ability to strategically implement production processes.

**Travel and Working requirements**

Working out of the official hours and on weekends may be required
