This role will be based in Cairo, Egypt and will report to the HR Manager, Egypt. The role will support in recruitment activities.

**This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of 3-6 months.**

Your Responsibilities will be:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Provide support in other areas of HR as needed, such as onboarding or employee relations.

Your Profile:

- Fluency in English Language (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- 1-2 years' experience as a recruiter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
