**Description**:
As Vodafone Acquisition SME Startup Hunter you will be responsible of increasing VF market share acquiring new accounts and achieving the quota; making sure the adherence to VF policies and procedures is applied, following VF standards to make sure of sales quality and business acquired.
**Job Responsibility**:
- Maintain proper and consistent cross operation within all channels.
- Ensure bullet proof operational processes to guarantee the success of our business model.
- Ongoing coaching and monitoring of performance for direct reporters.
- Develop succession plan for individual team members.
- Expanding our channel reach nationwide to gain bigger share of new acquisitions.
- Initiate our business lounges to provide business products and services.
- Work on a coverage plan nationwide in order to insure our brand visibility at our dealer’s outlets all over the trade.
- Promote proactive approach and knowledge sharing.
- Creativity and practical initiatives
- Enhance technical capabilities.
- Up to date and timely feedback on required tasks
**Required Criteria**:
Bachelor's Degree in Business
Strong experience in Sales
Computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage 3rd parties & Customer Interface.
Negotiation, communication, organization, presentation as well as time management skills are required for the role.
