**Organisation Profile**

GroupM is the parent company to WPP’s media agencies including MindShare, EssenceMediacom, Wavemaker, Xaxis and Keyade. Our primary purpose is to maximize the performance of the agencies on behalf of our clients, our shareholders, and our people by operating as a parent and collaborator in performance-enhancing activities such as trading, content creation, sports, digital, finance, talent, proprietary tool development and other business-critical capabilities. The agencies that comprise GroupM are all global operations with leading market positions.

**Shared Services Centre (SSC)**

GroupM MENA have decided in 2018 to establish an independent Unit to create a centre of excellence. The Unit has clearly defined objectives, and procedures. It is independent from the agencies and report directly to GroupM MENA. The initial areas that SSC will be responsible for are Accounting, Purchase Ledger, Treasury, Taxes, Media Operations, Billings, Credit Control, Payroll, Statutory Reporting, Compliancy, later WPP has decided to offshore the Finance Hub to Finance Plus India, the SSC global arm of WPP and all functions are now offshored to India except for the media operations function.

**Role Title & Location**:

- Performance Executive, Cairo
- As performance Executive, you will be supporting your team with client activations across performance media channels (search, social, display). As a core member of the team, you will be involved in day-to-day campaign optimizations, campaign trafficking, booking budget orders and managing finance reconciliation.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of ad operations (AdOps)
- Ad trafficking, inventory management, QA creative tags and send screenshots to clients
- Tracking reports (DFA, MediaMind), and campaign optimizations
- Post-campaign process tracking, management, IO reconciliation, and final reports and work with the billing department
- Projects manage the implementation of all custom ad campaigns
- Effectively communicate with client campaign owners to secure advertising assets, troubleshoot issues and optimize campaigns
- Manage relationships publisher ops teams for QA and trafficking for media executions
- Manage media owner specs and keep up to date with new advertising technologies
- Ensuring delivery on performance targets for clients
- Budget pacing, making sure we are delivering on target against our plans
- Campaign optimizations and SQR (Search Query Reports)
- Delivery and analysis of weekly performance reports
- Oversee campaign results analysis and help translate information into observations/lessons learned.
- Oversee and develop campaign analysis and provide clients with strategic recommendations.
- Attend weekly status and monthly status meetings.
- Analyse engagement metrics to optimize campaign performance.
- Create a measurement framework for set KPIs
- Creation and optimization of paid social campaigns
- Reporting and analysis of paid media and audience analysis

**Required skills / experience**:
