Modern Trade Account Executive

Job description:
- Managing Modern Trade Customers and handling their day to day requirements.
- Working with the PMM team and Involved in the contractual agreements processes.
- Follow up on the implementation of the contractual agreements terms & conditions.
- Managing Customers' credit / debit balance, following up on outstanding dues settlement.
- Distributing salestargets among the sales representative'slevel.
- Directing sales representatives and solvingtheir problemsand any customer issues related to the customers/routes under their supervision.
- Adding new customers to the routes, if applicable.
- Updating customer's lists and remove non-active customers from the routes.
- Following up on customers’ orders and vehicleloading and reviewing the quantities from each brand.
- Reviewmonthly KPI reports and ensure all team's KPIs are met.
- Following up on monthly offersand reviewing them with the sales representatives to help increase the percentage of sales.
- Performing daily field visits to evaluate, coach, and report the sales team's performance (Gate-to-Gate & Random Visits).
- Continuously report competitors' market activities.
- Following up on commercial marketing equipment (displays at customers) and periodically reporting their status.
- Following up daily on the efficiency of the sales representatives and providingcoaching to ensure performance improvement.
- Ensuring the company policies are followed and implemented by the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorsdegree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years experience in modern trade within FMCG companies operating in Egypt.
- Customers & Sales team management experience is a must.
- Fluent in English.
