- Develop and maintain project and program management dashboards and reports
- Coach and mentor project and program managers to ensure high-quality project and program delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of required resources
- Manage the allocation of resources to various projects and programs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field
- of experience in project and program portfolio management
- Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience in managing a diverse project and program portfolio
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- Program or Portfolio Management Professional (PgMP or PfMP) certification desired
- SAFe/Agile Certification desired
- Professional knowledge of MS Office Suite including Visio, Project, SharePoint & MS Teams
- 10+ years of experience is required
