Enterprise Project Management Lead

**Role Purpose**:
Responsible for the implementation of customer orders and ensure their quality covering all product families and production lines in TE such as fixed, mobile and UCC.
The Enterprise Projects Lead responsible for the delivery of varying complexity IT/TC services for the business customers of Vodafone GmbH, across the different project phases from initiation, planning and all the way to transition of project handover.
To support the TEO department in the pre-sales department in the preparation of quotations with regard to the planning and scheduling of the implementation of standard IT/telecommunications services for business customers.
In the implementation phase, to lead the responsibility for the cooperation of the internal departments as well as the external partners with the aim of ensuring that work is produced/delivered within the agreed quality standards and, or supports large-scale project workflows.
To be the direct contact with the business customers or partner and their service providers, sales and up to account management, standard partners, internal performance units, and TC and operations divisions, diverting based on the project related internal and external stakeholders.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Responsible for the production/delivery of the contractually services in the different complexities of the project life cycle phases of the customer and for this purpose leads the cooperation of the internal departments involved as well as the external partners with the aim of ensuring that work is guaranteed and quality. Planning and implementation of projects for standard solutions under consideration of specified framework parameters. Leads or supports internal optimization projects.
- Communicates regularly with business customers at an operational level and ensures transparent, reliable and uniform status information for all internal and external stakeholders through clear and structured communication in oral and written form.
- Supports the TEO department in the pre-sales department in the preparation of quotations with regard to the scheduling of the implementation of standard IT/telecommunications services for business customers.
- Responsible for risk management and the avoidance and, if necessary, resolution of internal and external escalations to establish services for the customer.
- Interact with the different teams and stakeholders not limited to (Steering committee, Commercial, Global Service Managers, Technology, Operations, Management Information System & Finance & Legal)
- Report on the project risks and issues that would impediment the work to the project team and management. Provide work around and mitigations.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- German Speaker C2 & Fluent English
- Independent work, ability to work in a team and quality awareness
- Good communication and stakeholder management skillset.
- At least 2 years of professional experiencein the field of project management
- At least 1 year of professional experience in the field of telecommunications. Basic technical knowledge in the areas of LAN, WAN, UCC mobile communications

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Advanced technical college entrance qualification and completed training in the field of information and communication technology or in a comparable training occupation

or alternatively
- Completed (technical) university degree in electrical engineering or communications engineering, studies in computer science or business administration with additional technical qualification- Knowledge and working experience with either prince2 or pmp methodologies is preferable to be certified

- High resilience even in difficult situations
