**Job Title**:Engineer - QA

**Years of Experience**: 3-5 yrs

**Location**: New Cairo, Egypt

**Role Summary**:
**What will you do?**
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases for core banking modules including teller operations, customer onboarding, and account services.
- Validate and verify APIs and backend services using tools like **SOAPUI** and **Postman**.
- Work closely with business analysts and developers to understand functional requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Conduct **regression, functional, and integration testing** on core banking platforms.
- Identify, log, and track defects through resolution using a structured defect management tool.
- Contribute to automation efforts (if applicable), enhancing test coverage and efficiency.
- Analyze SQL queries to validate backend data and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in release readiness and quality assessments.

**What skills required?**

**Mandatory**:

- 3-5 years of QA experience, with a **strong focus on core banking systems**.
- Practical knowledge of **teller management**, **account management**, and **CSM** functions.
- Experience with **SQL** for backend data validation.
- Proficiency in **SOAPUI** and **Postman** for API testing.
- Understanding of **web services testing** (REST/SOAP).
- Experience in writing and executing detailed test cases and test plans.

**Nice to Have**:

- Automation testing experience using any modern framework or tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
