**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Proficiency in using the Odoo system, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office and excellent English language abilities, will be highly beneficial in effectively fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.

2. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

3. Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Utilize the Odoo system to manage and track sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.

6. Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, showcasing their features, benefits, and value proposition.

7. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations tailored to the client's requirements and business objectives.

8. Negotiate contract terms and conditions, handle objections, and close sales deals effectively.

9. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely delivery of solutions.

10. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to sales management, highlighting key metrics, activities, and pipeline status.

11. Continuously update knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position and differentiate our offerings.

12. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, generate leads, and represent the company professionally.

13. Stay up to date with the latest advancements and updates in the Odoo system.

14. Build and maintain a strong professional network through active participation in industry associations and forums.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

2. Proficiency in using the Odoo system, with a solid understanding of its functionalities and modules (preferred).

3. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

4. Very good in English language.

5. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

6. Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

7. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.

8. Strong negotiation and persuasive presentation skills.

9. Highly organized with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

10. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

11. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
