**About Us**:
We are a property company specializing in helping international clients invest in the UK property market. We are seeking **Property Sales Assistant** to join our in-office team. If you're passionate about property, thrive in a consultative sales environment, and are fluent in English, we want to hear from you.

**Role Overview**:
As a Property Sales Assistant, you will engage with leads who have shown interest in UK property investment. You’ll guide them through our investment models and support them through the entire purchase and onboarding process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential investors.
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand each client's goals and recommend tailored investment solutions.
- Clearly and confidently explain different UK property investment models.
- Manage client relationships from initial contact to onboarding, including AML/KYC checks and contract signing.
- Provide accurate and helpful responses to client queries.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve shared targets.
- Adapt your working hours to accommodate different time zones.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Fluent in Arabic - verbal & written, Command of English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background in sales, property, finance, or similar sectors is highly desirable.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients at once.
- Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
