**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients regarding property purchases, sales, and rentals. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, assessing client needs, negotiating property deals, and offering market insights. The role also involves maintaining regular communication with clients and providing exceptional customer service throughout the property transaction process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Provide expert advice and property recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
- Consulting and Real Estate skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales abilities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Cairo real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
