Job Purpose

Analyze requirement, document software specifications, review developed software, and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure proper delivery of the solution features’ requirements.

Day - to-day Operations
- Work with the project manager to prepare the project requirements and scope document
- Implement ways to reuse requirements across projects.
- Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project.
- Lead meeting, conduct teleconference meeting and contract both external and internal team to get the agreement/solution on requirements and business needs.
- Identify ways to assist product management in product planning through requirements development and analysis.
- Propose new product features and updates
- Balance deadlines, functionality, and quality
- Lead all efforts of validation of the requirements and make sure they satisfy the client’s needs and all attributes of good requirements
- Work with technical writer to develop a complete product documentation for the final product or software in technical terms

Academic and Professional qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Computer Science or related field

Experience

5+ Years relevant experience in similar industry and capacity

Knowledge
- Expert knowledge and experience with process design and mapping tools
- Good knowledge about software development models especially Micro-services-oriented apps
- Good knowledge and practical experience in leading business requirements and brainstorming meetings
- Knowledge of DevOps standard and processes in developing mobile apps

Functional Competencies
- Software design methodologies and frameworks.
- UML, Visio and other process design tools.
- Practical experience with business requirements gathering, documenting and validating to match end user expectations
- Understanding of common agile software development practices and DevOps

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Giza: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
