Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and define project scopes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.
- Design and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, development, and operations to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Perform data analysis, interpretation, and visualization to extract actionable insights.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users to ensure adoption and success of implemented solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of business process modeling, requirement elicitation techniques, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are desirable but not required

Additional Qualifications:

- Experience in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), including the ability to analyze requirements, develop tailored solutions, and prepare compelling proposals.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Familiarity with proposal development processes, including coordination with cross-functional teams, adherence to deadlines, and adherence to formatting and submission guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, address concerns, and highlight the value proposition of proposed solutions in RFP responses.
- Experience with proposal management tools and templates is preferred.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From E£15,000.00 per month
