**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning and Development**
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure technical strategies align with business goals and long-term vision.
- **Technology Strategy and Implementation**
- Work closely with the CTO and other leaders to develop and execute technology strategies that support the company’s objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the eCommerce sector.
- **Project Management and Execution**
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure cohesive implementation of digital initiatives and go-live plans.
- **System Architecture and Optimization**
- **Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement**
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Operations to understand business requirements and ensure technology solutions meet organizational needs.
- **Quality Assurance and Data Protection**
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices, safeguarding sensitive customer and business information.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**
- **Team Leadership and Development**
- Build, mentor, and lead a talented development team, establishing a high-performing unit that can deliver exceptional results.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the technology department.
- **Technical Support and Post-Launch Operations**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint is a plus.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, data protection, and technology performance monitoring.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
