Octopus by RTG is hiring a Senior Node JS Developer for our partner, Suhyl offering a great opportunity to contribute to innovative projects.

**Job overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with developers and other team members to establish project objectives and enhance user experiences.
- Maintain and improve existing database management tasks and ensure responsiveness to front-end requests.
- Work with solutions architects, product owners, and designers throughout the development process.
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Implement robust security and data protection systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting code reviews.
- Stay updated with current industry best practices and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Node.js development.
- Proficient in JavaScript, with knowledge of ES6+.
- Experience with Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express, Koa).
- Familiarity with database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience implementing user authentication and authorization.
- Familiarity with best practices in Microservices architecture.
- Ability to work with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
