We are looking for a skilled Translator to join our dynamic team at Bayan-Tech. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work flexibility with office collaboration. As a Translator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and culturally appropriate translations across a range of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Translation: Translate a variety of written documents, including but not limited to, articles, reports, marketing materials, technical documents, legal texts, and correspondence, from the source language to the target language.
- Language Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency and exceptional proficiency in the source language and the target language, ensuring accurate and idiomatic translations that capture the nuances and cultural context.
- Proofreading and Editing: Review and revise translations for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and formatting to ensure the highest quality of the final output.
- Research and Terminology Management: Conduct research to ensure accurate translation of specialized terminology and industry-specific terms, maintaining a comprehensive glossary of relevant terms.
- Cultural Understanding: Consider cultural differences and sensitivities to adapt translations appropriately, ensuring that the translated content is culturally appropriate and resonates with the target audience.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, content creators, and localization specialists, to ensure effective communication and alignment on translation requirements and deadlines.
- Time Management: Manage multiple translation projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining the quality and accuracy of translations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on language trends, cultural developments, and industry-specific terminology to enhance translation skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field. A relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Translator, with a portfolio of successful translations.
- Exceptional proficiency in both the source language and the target language.
- Strong knowledge of grammar, syntax, and vocabulary in both languages.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness to adapt translations accurately and appropriately.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality translations.
- Proficiency in using translation tools and software.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills to handle complex translation projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
