**About the role**:
Within the TNS - TRANSPORT NETWORK & SUPPORT department, the Satellite Factory manages, deploys and maintains the satellite transmission network.

As a Satellite Customer Project Director, you are responsible for the deployment of satellite projects for large account and large business customers, as well as for operator customers or our Orange affiliate. As such, you are responsible for respecting Orange's commitments to the French or international customers. You coordinate and manage the mobilized resources (financial and human) for the projects in compliance with contractual, budgetary, quality and deadline constraints as well as regulatory constraints. You are therefore a major player in achieving customer satisfaction.

You manage the projects in accordance with the contractual commitments made to the customer
- Organize the project according to Orange project methodologies.
- Coordinate the various internal and external actors (Client, Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Service providers, Suppliers, Technical Project Manager, Satellite Center of Excellence,...).
- Ensure a quality customer relationship (Listening and Communication).
- Define and monitor the project schedule.
- Ensure reporting to the client and to management.
- Anticipate and manage risks.
- Ensure budget monitoring. You occasionally participate in pre-sales actions
- Support the sales teams in the qualification and development of the solutions sold (sharing of experience feedback, cost estimates, deployment methodologies, etc.).
- Participate in defense of offers. You participate in capitalization and continuous improvement actions
- Organize project review meetings.
- participate on the integrity of databases.
- Participate in internal workshops.

- French : fluent for the french customer
- English: fluent (minimum level B2). The project manager must be able to communicate orally and in writing in English with customers or internal Orange teams. Drafting of project document in English.

**Additional information**:

- This position allows you to experience a rich and diversified customer relationship (France and International) and to be in daily contact with the International teams of Orange (Egypt, India, etc.).
- It is at the heart of a strong transversality between the WIN / OINIS, Orange Business Services, and International Carriers teams.

The satellite domain, a key element of the OBS strategy and considered as a growth driver for the connectivity business unit.
