Job description

**Job Objective**:
**Sadeema is looking for a skilled System Analyst** To analyze and evaluate current business systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend effective technological solutions. The Systems Analyst acts as a bridge between business needs and the technical development team to ensure systems are aligned with organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from various departments and translate them into technical specifications.
- Evaluate existing systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Prepare system requirement documents (SRS) and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to design and implement system solutions.
- Perform system testing and validate results against business needs.
- Provide post-implementation support and user training as needed.
- Contribute to digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend applicable tools and trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and modeling.
- Proficiency in using analysis and documentation tools.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and database structures is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
