Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior System Analyst, based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Senior System Analyst will analyze, design, and assess business systems and IT processes. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, troubleshooting system issues, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize system performance, and ensuring the alignment of IT solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Systems Analysis and Business Analysis
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Knowledge of Information Technology systems and insurance processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
  • Experience with enterprise-level software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
