**Job Family Summary**:
The Human Capital division acts as Strategic Business Partner to the business, offering services in the areas of Talent Attraction & Retention, Talent Development, Employee Benefits, Compensation, Rewards & Recognition. In addition, provide consultation to all line managers on people management, coach and develop next generation leaders across the business. Empower ACCUMED with leaders that help achieve business objectives.
**Role Summary**:
The Associate, Talent Acquisition anticipates and meets the requirement to deliver best in class talent to the business. Supports the HR leaders in attracting, retaining and developing talent across the organization. Provides input in managing the recruitment strategy, policy and objectives. Manages the orientation and induction of new starters, supports the PRO in completing all required visa formalities and may support wider HR team as required.
**Requirements**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Works independently on roles that are from entry to mid-level - this includes sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing and closing
- Consults with business leaders/managers to understand the need for resources as well as stakeholders' requirements, both proactively and in response to current openings
- Provides consulting regarding sourcing, screening and securing of talent
- Develops and executes recruitment strategies
- Serves as life cycle recruiter for assigned openings
- Responds to client requests for information specific to areas of knowledge or expertise. This may include qualitative and quantitative information
- Establishes clear timelines on completion of requisitions
- Manages agency relationships and participates in activities as assigned/appropriate
- Collaborates with and influences business leaders within Human Capital and the
- Provides guidance and counsel to business leaders based on established policies, programs and procedures
- Ensures integrity of data entered into system by self, staff and others within Human Capital as assigned
- Primary focus is on positions that are non-complex or through mid-level and below as required departments.
- Fosters trust in relationships and collaboration in work products
**Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).**
- Recruitment timeline - A position must be closed (offer accepted) - within 45 days of requisition creation and manage the documentation process till the completion of onboarding (60%)
- Job offers timeline and acceptance rate - Offer timeline cannot exceed beyond 5 working days and Acceptance rate cannot fall below 90% (10%)
- Recruitment reports - All reports are updated real time as position progresses (10%)
- Onboarding - All new starts to complete onboarding session within 30 days of start date (15%)
