Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand through online and offline channels, enhancing its reputation as an employer of choice.

Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires.

Data Analytics: Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of sourcing channels, and make data-driven decisions.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.

Knowledge of relevant recruitment laws and regulations.

Data analysis and reporting skills.

Experience

Typically, 5-8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of roles, including leadership positions.

Previous experience in mentoring and coaching junior recruitment staff.
