**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and recruiting top talent in the region, leveraging local knowledge and networks.
- Engage with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Create detailed reports on recruitment activities, performance, and metrics for senior management review.
- Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of recruitment data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR databases.

**Qualifications**:

- BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on regional hiring.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using recruitment software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
