**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and small group support to students with additional learning needs, under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
- Assist in the implementation of personalized education plans (IEPs) and support strategies tailored to each student’s requirements.
- Help students develop social skills and independence, encouraging their participation in classroom activities.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to the classroom teacher on learning outcomes and behaviors.
- Facilitate communication between teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of learning resources and classroom materials.
- Maintain a positive and structured learning environment, adapting activities to meet the needs of all students.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications in Education, Special Education, or Child Development.
- Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a primary/secondary school setting.
- Strong understanding of diverse learning needs and effective intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support students and collaborate with staff and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to varying classroom situations.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive education environment for all learners.
