Planning Manager, Pds Projects

**Key Responsibilities**:
Review and approve submitted Contractor’s Programme and detailed baseline schedules.
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect current status.
Identify and analyze potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions.
Assist in preparation of Project Master Schedule.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Review Contractor’s claims and conduct thorough assessment of the delay analysis performed.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
Implement and maintain effective planning and scheduling processes.
Coordinate with various departments to align project timelines and resources.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies related to project timelines.
Assist in resource allocation and optimization across multiple projects.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior planning team members.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Approximately 8 years of experience in Planning, Scheduling, and Project Management.
Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good Knowledge of Delay Analysis Techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in construction or real estate development projects preferred.
Fluency in English.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
