- **Job Purpose**:
Managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports You should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Organize materials and ensure sites are safe and clean
- Prepare cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available
- Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment as required
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts
- Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans
- Draw up work schedules and communicate any adjustments to crew members and clients
- Gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders
- Delegate tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required
- Complete quality assurance and provide feedback to the team
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

**Job Skills and Abilities**:

- Fluent English
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc
- Great leadership and organizational skills
- Superb project management and supervision skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Qualifications**:

- BSc in Civil Engineering
- 6 - 9 years of experience
