**Dewan for Real Estate **is seeking a **Senior Site Engineer** to join our motivated team.

Gender: Males only.

Job Hours: From 9 am to 5 pm.

Location: Alexandria, Egypt.

Level - Department: Senior - S. Civil Engineer.

Report To: Project Manager.

**Role Description**:
We are looking for a highly capable **Senior Site Engineer** to manage our construction projects. You will be conducting land surveys, allocating resources, supervising multidisciplinary construction teams, and inspecting completed construction projects.

To ensure success as a Senior Site Engineer, you should possess extensive experience in managing large construction projects and the ability to ensure adherence to construction specifications and standards. An outstanding senior civil engineer will be someone whose expertise results in construction projects that are completed within budget and on time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ascertain the project goals, budgets, and overall key factors.
- Design, develop and review technical building and infrastructure plans and drawings for the project.
- Operate required equipment to assist with the overall build of the project.
- Supervise the on-site team, ensuring the design and build concepts are being followed.
- Ensure proper maintenance and servicing schedule is set out for the infrastructure.
- Test soils or materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
- Performing cost estimations, preparing project budgets and Making suggestions on cost-reducing procedures for the project.
- Work with the project team to foresee and avoid, when possible, any obstacles that may present themselves during the construction or planning phase.
- Preparing work schedules and allocating resources
- Work in line with health and safety guidelines.
- Provide project reports to executives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years experience working as a senior civil engineer on similar projects.
- Proficiency in civil engineering project management software.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards, and codes.
- Great leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
- High knowledge of health and safety guidelines
- Superb mathematical, time-management, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: E£15,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

- Alexandria: Relocate before starting work (required)
