**Job Purpose**:

- The Senior Digital Solutions & ERP Operations Specialist plays a key role in the Digital Solutions & ERP Operations department, focusing on specialized tasks related to implementing, optimizing, and integrating enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and digital solutions. This role supports the Digital Solutions & ERP Operations Manager in executing strategic initiatives and ensuring the efficient functioning of digital systems and processes.

- Digital Solutions & ERP Operations Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop PL/SQL database objects, SQL scripts, interfaces, reports, and forms using standard tools (Toad, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, JDeveloper, XML Publisher, WinSCP).
- Develop, modify, and tune custom modules on Oracle Business Suite to meet business needs.
- Participate in designing integration solutions between EBS and other systems.
- Create DB scripts using standard APIs for data uploading and module integration.
- Optimize performance of PL/SQL blocks and SQL queries.
- Design and implement required EBS forms and OAF page personalization and customizations.
- Participate in testing phases to fix defects, address performance issues, support code migration, and provide technical artifacts.
- Open SRs (Service Requests) with the product owner.
- Provide technical documentation as needed.
- Effectively manage issues and perform gap analysis between business requirements and the system.
- Develop error handling and reconciliation programs.

**Experience**:

- +5 years of experience in digital solutions, ERP operations, or related roles.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, Oracle EBS IS A MUST.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Modules (GL, AP, AR, INV, OM, ASSET, Procurement).
- Expertise in writing SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Packages, Triggers, Testing exception handlers, Cursors tables, and object types. IS A MUST
- SQL, PL/SQL programming IS A MUST.
- Good knowledge in Oracle APEX is a plus.
- Good knowledge in MS Power BI is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware.
- Using Oracle Open Interface tables and Public APIs is a plus.
