**About the Role**

Dandy is hiring a Senior Ops Associate to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Operation team owns all on-ground day-to-day operations in the geo. In this role, you’ll own the geo production operations ensuring your teams are meeting our customer demand, you will also be responsible for the quality of products across all your teams and ensuring the team leads and designers are always meeting the Dandy standards.

**What You'll Do**
- Ensure daily throughput meets demand (Geo OTD).
- Manage weekly staffing and headcount allocation, coordinating with systems & strategy for FA scheduling.
- Plan capacity for blackout dates and holidays.
- Oversee day-to-day operations on-site.
- Own performance management, maintaining high-performance standards.
- Ensure all overtime (OT) needs are met and planned.
- Develop “out of production” plans for designers when not actively designing.
- Manage TLs to targets, providing necessary training and coaching with individualized plans.
- Foster workforce engagement and satisfaction through team-building activities and non-design-related events.
- Support TLs and design team, ensuring continuous development and career progression.
- Implement central changes smoothly and manage change effectively.
- Ensure capacity planning is met through individual upskilling and upleveling.

**What We're Looking For**
- Must be currently occupying a Team Lead position.
- 2+ years as a People Manager
- Skill at learning their team's strengths, improving areas of opportunity, and delegating work to appropriate team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
- Ability/desire to work in a high-velocity, ambiguous, and business-critical environment
- Experience in CAD-CAM at Dental lab (minimum requirement of 5 years); strong knowledge of all phases of CAD/CAM technologies; design experience
- 3Shape Dental System (must have 3 years experience)
- Willingness to learn and be a team player; Ability to work and oversee multiple systems
- A positive attitude, team player, precise work, and ability to work well with others
- Basic Understanding of Tech platforms and the ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner
- Intellectual curiosity and research abilities

- Demonstrated experience functioning as a clear communicator to all levels of an organization
- Proficiency with data and spreadsheets and ability to build complex models and automation
