- Do you have solid experience in inventory management in an industrial environment? Are you looking for a key role at the heart of logistics operations for a site undergoing transformation? We are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor a key position to manage warehouse operations, ensure safety, optimize flows, and supervise field teams.
- The position will be based in Cairo, Egypt under the Supply Chain department. You will directly report to the Senior Supply Chain Manager.

**The Position**
- As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for the daily organization of on-site logistics operations: receiving, storage, shipping, and quality and safety compliance. In addition, you will be responsible to supervise warehouse operators, ensure the proper implementation of procedures (GMP, safety, planning), and play a cross-functional role in coordinating with the maintenance, supply chain, and purchasing teams. Moreover, you will have the responsibility for coordinating and prioritising resources and tasks in the team with the purpose to ensure a steady handling of the inbound and outbound of our goods.
- Your Main Accountabilities will be to:

- Ensure proper documentation of all Warehouse inbound and outbound activities, as well EDA inspection release before dispensation of the samples and supervision of proper archiving of patients’ sheets
- Supervise the reception, storage, unloading, and shipping of goods
- Ensure effective logistics coordination with the production, quality, maintenance, and purchasing teams and act as the operational point of contact with carriers, logistics subcontractors, and external service providers
- Follow-up of the cold & ambient rooms maintenance planning according to the QA requirements.

**Qualifications**
- As a Warehouse Supervisor, you need to have a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or any related fields. In addition, you need to have minimum of 1 years of experience in warehouse management in pharma industry.
- To be successful in this role, you should also have:

- Some leadership experience
- Experience in finished goods materials
- Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint & Project, ERP, SAP systems or any relevant warehouse systems)
- Knowledge of GMP, safety, and audit environments
- Fluency in Arabic
- Excellent English (reading & writing).

- The supply Chain in Novo Nordisk Egypt is fast growing department, especially after conversion to a stock holding affiliate with expanded responsibilities and tasks, the team consists of Manager and 4 employees, Supply Chain is part of the Finance and Operation Department, and Supply Chain provides a lot of opportunities for growth and career development within the company locally and globally.
