**Job Description**:

- Provide HelpDesk support to achieve the agreed department goals.
- Support users in usingcomputer equipment by providing necessary trainingand advice.
- Set up new useraccounts and required programs.
- Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
- Answer inquiries and resolvesoftware or hardware problems.
- Procurementcoordination with the suppliers.
- Coordination with the finance team to ensure timely payment for suppliers.
- Active Directory, DNS, DCHP, Sophos firewall endpoint, VMware.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or any equivalent degree is a must.
- CCNA, MCSA, MCSE is a plus.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in the similar field.
