**Department Overview**: System Engineering and Integration team that deliver projects for transmission systems, public safety communication, video systems and cloud technology. The team works with multi-disciplinary teams responsible for integrated product designs and solutions to meet the customer needs.
**- Work with Senior System Engineers to perform installation, documentation and optimization/test procedures. Eventually able to work on assigned project(s) independently.
- Work closely with Engineering Project Manager/Program Manager to manage customer’s expectations, contract deliverables and project goals.
- Prepare and perform Factory Acceptance Test and System Acceptance Test with customer.
- Conduct site survey and generate report to customer for site improvements.
- Generate system installation and As-Built documentation.
- Conduct system optimization and system acceptance with customer.
- Provide technical analysis and investigation of system faults.

***Basic Requirements**:

- Degree in Telecommunications, Electronic/Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience in working on design, implementation and system acceptance of telecommunication and RF projects either presales or postsales or both.
- Networking knowledge for IP planning and design, router/switch troubleshooting and configuration.
- Knowledge or experience in the cybersecurity discipline is an advantage.
- Proven strong interpersonal and collaborative skills and be able to work and coordinate across various groups and functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
- Proficiency in French is a plus
