For a significant railway project in North Africa, we are seeking a **Systems Engineer Lead**.

**Job Requirements**:

- Interface and Integration Lead with 10 - 15 years of experience in managing systems integration and interfaces in railway projects (including systems and civil works).
- Experience in LRT (preferred), Metro, or Railway design projects.
- Knowledge of the INCOSE Systems Engineering life cycle processes and activities (CSEP certification recommended).
- Ability to implement a holistic, top-down systems engineering approach, considering the system as a whole rather than a collection of individual systems or projects.
- Comprehensive understanding and ability to specify the integration engineering and assurance processes.
- Comprehensive understanding and ability to design the integration of the following systems assurance processes:

- Verification and validation management
- Change management
- Configuration management
- Desirable experience in rail/transit operations and maintenance.
- Degree in Engineering (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at minimum).
- Ability to develop non-standard solutions.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplined team.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Business fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Legal authorization to work in North Africa.
