Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Systemas Engineer Lead**,** altamente calificado/a para un proyecto ferroviario de gran envergadura en el norte de África. Esta oportunidad es clave para nuestro crecimiento estratégico y el impacto en esta región.

Acortamos distancias con soluciones sostenibles e innovadoras en infraestructuras, transporte y movilidad, donde realizamos proyectos integrales de ingeniería. Muchos sistemas de transporte urbano y de alta velocidad ferroviaria llevan nuestra tecnología y diseño, así como sistemas de transporte inteligente de carreteras (ITS), aeropuertos, puertos, ingeniería hidráulica y arquitectura de todo el mundo.

**Qué esperamos de ti**:
Buscamos un/a profesional con una actitud proactiva, capaz de desarrollar soluciones innovadoras y no estándar. Debes estar dispuesto a aprender, evolucionar y aplicar nuevas técnicas, estándares y procesos, además de asumir tareas adicionales según sea necesario. Es esencial que poseas habilidades excepcionales en organización, gestión del tiempo y resolución de problemas.

Deberás aportar capacidad para trabajar en un equipo multidisciplinar y comunicarse eficazmente con todos los Stakeholders: incluyendo socios, clientes, proveedores y subcontratistas; sabiendo estar preparado para asistir a reuniones y resolver los problemas que surjan en el día a día del proyecto.

**Qué necesitas para encajar en el puesto**:

- **Formación académica**:Título en Ingeniería (mínimo licenciatura o equivalente).
- **Experiência**: De 10 a 15 años gestionando la integración de sistemas e interfaces en proyectos ferroviarios (incluidos sistemas y obras civiles), siendo interesante aportar background en proyectos de diseño de LRT, Metro o Ferrocarril.
- **Conocimientos técnicos**: Familiaridad con los procesos y actividades del ciclo de vida de la Ingeniería de Sistemas según INCOSE (certificación CSEP recomendada) y la norma ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288:2015.
- **Operaciones y mantenimiento**: Experiência deseable en operaciones y mantenimiento ferroviario/tránsito.
- **Idioma**: Fluidez en inglés, tanto escrito como verbal.
- **Autorización**: Permiso legal para trabajar en el norte de África.

- Actitud: Disposición para aprender, desarrollar y aplicar nuevas técnicas y asumir tareas adicionales.

- Organización: Habilidades sobresalientes en organización, gestión del tiempo y resolución de problemas.
