**Key Responsibilities**:

- **ERP Implementation**:

- Lead the implementation of the Odoo ERP system across all company departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their processes and translate them into the ERP system.
- **Training and Support**:

- Develop and deliver training programs for employees in various departments to ensure proficient use of Odoo functionalities.
- Create user manuals and training materials to facilitate easy learning and reference.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing any issues or concerns related to the ERP system.
- **System Monitoring and Maintenance**:

- Continuously monitor the performance and usage of the Odoo ERP system to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct regular system audits and health checks to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Implement system updates and improvements as needed to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- **Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution**:

- Respond to and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Odoo support and other technical teams to address and rectify complex problems.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and user guides.
- Generate regular reports on system performance, user engagement, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Odoo ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of business processes in Procurement, Finance, HR, Inventory, Production, and Sales.
- Excellent training and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Odoo certification or relevant ERP certification.
- Experience in a similar industry or sector.
- Project management skills.

**Work Environment**:

- This position is based in Egypt and may require occasional travel to various company locations.
- The role may involve working outside of regular business hours to ensure mínimal disruption to business operations during system updates or issue resolution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: E£40,000.00 - E£50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
