**Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English & Italian)**

**Location**: Remote
**Working Hours**: 9 AM - 6 PM Italy Time, Monday to Friday（10 AM - 7 PM Egypt Time, Monday to Friday）

**About Us**:
Callnovo is seeking a motivated and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you are fluent in both English and Italian and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promptly answer service hotline calls and handle any missed calls.
- Accurately record customer feedback, consistently follow up on customer issues, and assist in problem-solving with a positive attitude.
- Register and review information data.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with e-commerce after-sales service.
- Fluent in English speaking.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- More than 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong learning ability, communication skills, and stability.
