We are looking for **Estimation Leaders** to oversee all mechanical/electrical cost estimation activities. This critical role ensures the accuracy and competitiveness of our bids while mentoring a team of estimation professionals.

**Location: ( Egypt - Office )**

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Lead the estimation department for mechanical/electrical disciplines
- Develop strategic cost models for mega marine/infrastructure projects
- Implement best-in-class estimation methodologies
- Mentor and develop junior estimation staff
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and international standards
- Present to executive leadership on estimation strategies

**Skills**:
**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years engineering experience, including: 5+ years specialized in estimation, 3+ years in senior/leadership roles.
- Proven track record in marine and infrastructure mega-projects
- Mastery of estimation software (CostX, Candy, or equivalent)
- Essential Saudi Arabia project experience
- Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
