We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Customer Advisor. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, technical assistance and answers to users questions, assisting users by troubleshooting problems with computer hardware or software.

Previous customer service experience is not required. We value your potential and believe in providing comprehensive training to help you excel in your role.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Net salary up to 15,600 EGP: We offer a competitive net salary, recognizing your valuable contributions to our team.
- Lavish monthly bonus and overnight allowance: In addition to your base salary, you will receive a generous monthly bonus and an overnight allowance, acknowledging your commitment and dedication.

- 9-hour workday with a 1-hour break and 2 days off per week.
