As an after-sales senior engineer for electrified vehicles, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive the highest level of support and service after their vehicle has been fitted with an electric motor or other components. Your job duties may include:
1. Conducting inspections and diagnostics: You will be responsible for conducting inspections and diagnostics on vehicles that have been electrified. This may include checking the battery system, charging system, and other electrical components to ensure they are functioning properly.

3. Troubleshooting and repair: If a customer has an issue with their electrified vehicle, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing the problem. This may involve replacing faulty components, repairing wiring, or making other modifications to the vehicle's electrical system.

4. Conducting maintenance and servicing: You will also be responsible for conducting regular maintenance and servicing on electrified vehicles.

5. Providing training and education: You may also be responsible for providing training and education to customers on how to properly maintain and service their electrified vehicles. This may involve conducting workshops, seminars, or other training sessions.

6. Record-keeping and reporting: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all service and repair work performed on electrified vehicles. You may also be responsible for generating reports on the performance of the components and identifying areas for improvement.

YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree or more in Automotive engineering or Electrical engineering.
- Excellent time management and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Customer-centric attitude with robust problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and good writing skills, with the ability to adapt to various situations and audiences
- Automotive aftersales background
