The purpose of this role is to support in planning and executing the Events strategy. This role will research and secure venues, plan and manage our events' calendar, negotiate quotes and agreements with vendors, assist with event marketing, monitoring timeframes and budgets, networking and deliver on event brief objectives. Focus on amplifying brand visibility, enhancing client and employee relations and improve our organisation's growth through events that effectively communicate business strategy and brand personality.

This role will form part of the MENA Regional Marketing & Communications team reporting into the Marketing & Communications Director, MENA.

Job Description:
Events- Support in planning events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives (internal and external)- Assists schedule, travel logistics, tracking and payment of invoices, shipping of promotional materials, execution onsite, reporting metrics and budget tracking.- Contributes in digital elements of event delivery (invites, landing pages, follow ups, lead management) and hosting (webinars and in person).- Sources and negotiates with vendors and suppliers.- Supports in developing objectives and programs for events to deliver overall awareness, maximize sales leads and thinks of solutions.- Ensures all event components are impactful and showcase thought leadership with an integrated marketing approach across channels.- Assists in program management of events calendar.

Awards- Supports in the successful delivery of all awards submissions.- Coordinates with external creative, design and other resources to deliver timely and quality execution of case studies.- Work with Social and Content team to further amplify client work and case studies beyond awards.

External Communications- Develops relationships with key regional publishers / event providers across trade and target verticals.- Seeks opportunities to place dentsu spokespeople at relevant industry events.- Work with social and content manager to amplify all events as part of editorial and social calendar.- Provide support to all media spokespersons as needed with speaker briefing and speech writing.

Job Requirements:
- Experience in events marketing.- Strong communication and people skills.- Project management experience to priorities and deliver work on time and to budget.- Experience in managing creative and innovative events and webinars.- Experience working with design teams to produce high quality content with high production value inc. video and rich media content.- Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement preferred.- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the MENA region required.
