Scrum Master vois

**Role purpose**:
To Provide Scrum master Capabilities and Services Robotics team Delivery through Facilitating and administering Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Release and Sprint Planning meetings, Retrospectives, and Review meetings and capture feedback, Maintain the Product Backlog and support the Product Owner in developing it, and ensure that User Stories are ready for the next Sprint, Coach and guiding the Scrum team to perform at its best and how to get the most out of self-organization,..etc

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team.
- Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in agile methodology.
- Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
- Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.
- Facilitate and administer Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Release and Sprint Planning meetings, Retrospectives, and Review meetings and capture feedback
- Work as the administrator of the Scrum board, ensure that tasks are up to date
- Maintain the Product Backlog and support the Product Owner in developing it, and ensure that User Stories are ready for the next Sprint
- Communicate clearly to Product Owner around priorities and timelines
- Document progress and create relative charts/reports (Burn-Down, Burn-Up,etc) to track the performance of the team and share with management and team members
- Help the Scrum team to identify and resolve problems, and remove impediments, whether internal or external to the team
- Coach and guiding the Scrum team to perform at its best and how to get the most out of self-organization
- Ensure team follows the values and practices of Scrum
- Facilitate team communication within the team and with different stakeholders
- Lead awareness/knowledge transfer sessions to establish an Agile environment across Vodafone

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- graduation degree in technology
- working in international, distributed teams
- Experience of working on projects that span multi-disciplinary areas of differing size and complexity to meet business expectations and deliver results.
- confident and able to liaise and influence at all levels within Vodafone and/or relevant customer organizations
- excellent organization and prioritization skills with demonstrable experience of the production of plans to describe stage, phase, dependency and milestones
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Good listener and people oriented
- Skilled at facilitating and leading teams.
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience as scrum Master
- Scrum master certified (Scrum Alliance/ICAgile)
- Hands-on experience in playing the Scrum Master role or being part of a Scrum team
- At least 2 years’ working experience in software development environment
- Knowledge of other Agile methodologies and frameworks is a plus (Kanban, FDD, XP, Scaling Agile,etc)
- Familiarity with Agile delivery toolsets (JIRA, Confluence,etc)
- PMP, Prince 2 certification achieved.
- Fluent in English
- Technical Project Manager experience

(in hosting or delivering hosting projects).
