Scrum Master

We seek a highly experienced and skilled "**Scrum Master**" to lead and facilitate our Agile development process at **Gotrah Ventures**. As the Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our software products through effective Agile practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management to drive collaboration, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement. **Responsibilities**: - **Agile Facilitation**: - Organize and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Ensure these meetings are productive, focused, and aligned with sprint goals. - **Agile Coaching**: - Guide and mentor the development team and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies. Foster a culture of self-organization, collaboration, and continuous learning. - **Scrum Framework**: - Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile best practices. - Coach the team on roles, responsibilities, and the flow of work. - Promote transparency, adaptability, and delivery of value in each sprint. - **Obstacle Removal**: - Identify and resolve obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's progress. - Collaborate with stakeholders to address resource constraints, dependencies, and other challenges to ensure smooth project execution. - **Metrics and Reporting**: - Track and analyze Agile metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and team capacity, to assess project progress and performance. - Communicate these metrics to stakeholders and leverage them to drive data-informed decision-making. - **Continuous Improvement**: - Facilitate retrospective sessions to identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance team productivity, quality, and efficiency. - Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement across the organization. - **Team Collaboration**: - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. - Promote effective communication, cooperation, and knowledge sharing among team members, product owners, and other stakeholders. - **Agile Transformation**: - Lead the team through Agile transformations and help overcome resistance to change. - Educate and evangelize Agile principles and values throughout the organization. **Requirements**: - Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required. - Experience implementing Agile process improvements is highly desirable. - Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and frameworks. - Knowledge of Lean principles and DevOps practices is a plus. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and guide cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills are essential. - Proven ability to identify and resolve complex problems and conflicts within teams or projects. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are necessary. - A passion for driving continuous improvement and an eagerness to explore new ideas and practices. - Familiarity with software development processes and technologies. - Experience implementing Agile process improvements is highly desirable. - Experience implementing Agile process improvements is highly desirable. - Understanding of Agile engineering practices, such as automated testing and continuous integration, is advantageous. **Benefits**: - Attractive packages and performance compensation. - Full work comfort, ability to work remotely from any place. - Health insurance package.
