**Role Summary**:
MOD Sales Engineers build, develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers; they work in coordination with property managers, owners and consultant to ensure successful completion of modernization jobs.
**Location**: Alexandria, Egypt
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Proactively build, develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers;
- Meet with the customers, consultants and contractor;
- Listen to customers’ requirements and prepare an appropriate sales agreement;
- Create and communicate leads and sales opportunities;
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the deal;
- Gather market and customer information;
- Perfectly understand the company’s products and services, and provide technical support to the Sales Team;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints in a timely manner;
- Carry out Traffic Analysis, workout all necessary dimensions to support consultants during design and advise an appropriate solution in a professional and effective manner;
- Coordinate with other departments (Installation, projects, finance, safety etc.) to gather all necessary information, cost calculations and details to prepare and send quotations / tenders (Including arranging bonds, special approvals, etc.);
- Adhere to all health and safety rules of the company.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Elevator Industry;
- Excellent Computer Literacy;
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills;
- Fluency in English is a must.
