**Job Summary**

Responsible for sales at key accounts and achieving sales budget in Egypt in commercial refrigeration. Identify growth opportunities and implement marketing/product strategies at the contractor/end users. Sales planning with forecasts based on market understanding

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for HVACR Sales Growth & Support, Sustaining and Increasing Emerson Market Participation in Egypt
- Manage and Deliver Monthly and Annual Sales PORs
- Engagement Programs with Key End Users and Contractors / Project Pipeline
- Introduce New products, Target Competitive Penetration and Provide Training Programs to Customers
- First Level Application Engineering Support
- Gather Market and Competitive Intelligence
- Provide Specific Inputs to Customize, Finetune or Develop New Products to address Egypt Market Needs
- Build Relationships with key HVACR Regulatory Authorities in Egypt

**Educational Background**:
Mechanical Engineer / Diploma Associates Engineer Mechanical / Air conditioning

**Professional Qualifications**:

- Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industry, with a minimum of 3 years in sales.
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database, Internet software, E-mail, Windows.

**Other information to supplement**:

- Arabic speaking/Egyptian preferable
- Willing to travel locally within Egypt
- Should understand monthly closing and sales demand

- Recognise and accept HSE Roles & Responsibilities as defined in Emerson’s Company Procedures.
- Ensure effective leadership in HSE, leading by example and setting the direction for a successful health and safety program and creating a foundation for a positive safety culture.
- Ensure effective management of HSSE risks and impacts. Report all hazards, incidents and Near Misses in line with the MEA Emerson HSE incident policy. Active involvement in the investigation of accidents, near misses, incidents and ill health where required.
