**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve processes and strategies
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Tagaddod's reputation as an employer of choice

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Experience in recruiting for technical and non-technical roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
