**Description**:
As a corporate lawyer you ill be providing legal support to Vodafone Egypt Telecommunications and its subsidiaries.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Overall responsibility for the provision of legal support to Vodafone Egypt’s different functions i.e. Sales, Marketing, Business, Commercial, Strategy, HR, Finance, Supply Chain and technology.
- Daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders and partners, both locally and regionally.
- Assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Company policies.
- Handling on daily basis a broad range of legal matters including but not limited to, corporate governance, legal advising, projects’ assessment and contracts’ drafting.
- Providing legal & governance support for Vodafone Egypt Subsidiaries.
- Managing relationship with external legal counsels engaged by the Company and driving for cost effective means of delivering high quality legal services.
- Supporting in the digitization of the Legal work and processes.

**Required Criteria**:

- Legally qualified with experience in multinational corporates and/or leading law firms.
- Expert knowledge of Commercial Law, Civil Law, Telecommunications law, Competition Law and related regulations and policies.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic & English languages.
- Drafting and negotiations experience, with the ability to provide innovative legal solutions in a fast moving, diversified and dynamic industry.
- Agile working manner.
